This is possibly my favorite Londo episode. His facial expressions are just perfect, both when he departs from G’Kar in the cell to when Delenn is speaking to him and he avoids eye contact. I can’t decide who has the better overall story arc, Londo or G’Kar. Each started as a character “not as he appeared”.
